The new Office & Warehouse is located in an industrial area of Nowra, NSW. The site is aligned in an east-west orientation between adjoining buildings and includes a large setback from the main highway frontage.
The building incorporates a range of prefabricated construction technologies that enable an efficient and functional design. The mass, form, scale and materials are well balanced to facilitate industrial use as well as small scale office space.
